The Company considers the protection of personal information to be an important social responsibility. When handling personal information in our business activities, the Company shall implement appropriate procedures giving first priority to trust with our guests. 2.Matters concerning safety measures for personal information

Customer personal information is registered in the Hotel’s database system.

  1. The person responsible for handling personal information shall be specified, and the number of persons handling personal information shall be kept to a minimum. Additionally, the Company shall strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as its loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.
  2. In the event that the handling of personal information is outsourced, the Company shall select a business operator that is recognized as having appropriate personal information protection and management standards for the handling of personal information and information security measures. In the case of outsourcing, the Company shall take every possible safety precaution by specifying matters on the handling of personal information in a contract or other agreement.

This website (hereinafter “the Site”) operated by the Company pays the utmost attention to the handling and protection of personal information in accordance with this Policy so that visitors to the Site can use the Company’s services safely and comfortably. However, the Company assumes no responsibility for the security of customers’ personal information on other websites linked to the Site. The Company recommends that customers examine the content of the handling standards for the protection of personal information on websites other than the Site, and if there are no handling standards, customers should confirm the security of their own personal information by directly contacting the department or person in charge of the website in question.
